Welcome

It is the goal of the East Troy Geek Squad to bring forth the capabilities of technology and present them in a manageable, clear, and understandable way. We do understand that sometimes it may seem like the confusion, hassle, quirks, and even risks of using technology outweigh the benefits, but we're here to change that.

Chrome Books Camera

Recently we have had the question "How do you just take pictures on the Chrome Book?". Well the answer to that questions would be: download an app from the Chrome Store. When you first log into the Chrome Book you can take a picture of your self for the profile icon. You can download multiple apps for this, our geek squad likes PicMonkey and Webcam Toy the best.

Webcam toy is where you can take different types of pictures: like mono, mirror and other kinds. PicMonkey is when you take a picture and edit it by the contrast and sizes. We did some further research and found that you can not take a picture just on the Chrome book but its self.
I hope this has answered you questions about the Chrome book camera.
